Returns Policy
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We deliver to most postcodes throughout the UK mainland. For orders over £50 (excluding VAT) delivery is normally free and next day providing that the orders are placed before 2:00pm. We do however give an estimate of 1-3 working days on the free delivery option.
Some locations will attract a premium delivery fee or it may not be possible for us to fulfill your order. This is very unlikely and only would happen due to a location being too remote for our delivery partners. In this instance, we will be in touch immediately and provide a full refund.
Saturday Delivery
When selecting the Saturday delivery option, please note that orders must be placed before 2:00 PM on Friday otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery on Saturday and we do not offer refunds for shipping fees on orders placed beyond the cut off time. All Saturday deliveries will be carried out by DHL Parcel UK and tracking information will be made available to customers. If items are out of stock then you will be made aware directly as soon as possible as this may affect your delivery.
Express Delivery (Pre 12:00)
When selecting the Express delivery option, please note that orders must be placed before 2:00 PM Mon-Fri and deliveries will only be made on working days. We cannot guarantee delivery before 12:00pm if orders are placed beyond the cut off time and we do not offer refunds to shipping fees if the order is placed beyond the cut off time. If items are out of stock then you will be made aware directly as soon as possible as this may affect your delivery.
