Ordering

  • Secure Checkout: All payments are processed via Stripe with full encryption and industry-standard security protocols.

  • Stock & Processing: We hold extensive stock; most orders ship same-day if placed before 13:00 Mon-Fri. Any orders placed beyond this time will usually be shipped next-day. In rare cases of delay, such as stock shortages, we’ll notify you by email on the day of ordering with an updated timeline. 

  • Amendments & Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly. To cancel or amend, call Customer Service immediately on 01244 288882. 

  • Bulk & Pallet Pricing: Volume discounts apply on certain lines. For bulk enquiries, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.

  • Price Matching: Whilst we do not offer a price matching service, if you find the same product at a cheaper price let our Customer Service team and we will try our best to match pricing.

Delivery & Shipping

Most of our shipments are delivered via third-party couriers such as DHL and Palletline. We also offer a delivery service with our own fleet across the North West of England and North/Mid Wales.

  • Standard Delivery: UK mainland orders over £50 (excl. VAT) qualify for free standard shipping (1–3 working days). 

  • Premium (Next-Day) Delivery: Select next-day service via DHL for orders placed before 2 pm on working days. Saturday Delivery is available on request; surcharges apply. Please contact our team directly. Delivery exceptions for remote areas will be communicated within 48 hours. 

  • Coverage: We cover most UK mainland postcodes. For locations outside this zone, additional fees may apply or delivery may not be possible; in such cases, we’ll offer a full and timely refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened Goods: Return within 30 days for a full refund (excluding return carriage unless the error is ours). 

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 24 hours of receipt for courier damage or within 30 days for manufacturing faults. We will cover return shipping and will repair, replace, or refund the item if the customer is not at fault. 

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 days of goods being returned to us. However, expect refunds to take up to four weeks of our receipt of returned goods (including transit and processing times). 

  • How to Return: Log in to your account, go to “Complete Orders,” click “Return Item(s),” and follow the instructions. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team who will guide you through the process.
